Thank you for purchasing a handcrafted music box from us. We take pride in the quality and uniqueness of each piece. Please review our refund and return guidelines below.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items

Sale-priced items are not eligible for refunds.

Custom or personalized pieces may also be excluded unless defective or damaged.
Replacements
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need a replacement, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a standard processing period (varies by bank or card issuer).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking with your financial institution. Refunds may take several business days to post.
